Please tell us about the junction temperature of the TPS40057.

”Device may shut down at junction temperatures below 150℃”

What degrees is the temperature to shut down?
Not guaranteed value, Customer wants actual values.

I want also the approximate value.

This is because competition MPS MP2908A is junction temperature 150 ℃.
The higher the priority of the junction temperature in the safety-oriented.

The maximum operating junction temperature for TPS40057 is 125 C. The thermal shut down is 165C typical. With tolerance it may be below 150 C.

I have additional question.
Customer requests behavor not to have shut down between 125 to 150 degree.
And we think minimum actual value of TPS40057 is more than 150 degree, too .
Because customer's evaluation result had more than its value.

How many degrees is minimum actual value of shut down?
