i need to make a 2A boost driver for about 80W. the issue is that it need to be on a single layer metal core board.

thanks Clinton!
i know the routing is not the issue (made a proto) but it's not working well
the thing is that i need to make a design for 240W and 480W
i wanted to do this with 3 x 80W and 6 x 80W drivers on the same board. input is 24V because of this boost is most ideal.
do you have some suggestions on a maybe better chip to use for this?
as i don't have to much time for get it ready as we need to produce quite some of them soon.
thanks!
on the moment we use 14 drivers on the same MCPCB but they drive the leds on 1A we have to adjust this to 2A. but current driver can not do more then 1A.
thats why i have to change it. with current design i have very good EMC filtering per driver so there is close to no EMC around 10dB.
the moulds for the products are all done, thats why they have to be on that board to fit the housing
thanks for the tip for the different driver chip!
is there also a e-mail were i can contact u then i can send pcb layout to see what you think about it
thanks!
If you want to do a friend request I can send you a private message with an e-mail address. I'd be happy to take a look at the layout.
