About TLV71318PDBVR's MOSFET diode

Are you referring to the body diode of the pass element?  As stated in section 7.3.3 of the TLV713 datasheet, we recommend external liming of reverse current to 5% of the rated output current.

The rated operating current for this device is 150mA.  

There is a foldback current limit for this device is shown in Figure 18 of the datasheet.  Please note that current limit is meant to protect the device during fault conditions and is not intended for normal operation.
