We are designing a circuit for 5A PWM Dimmer circuit......Initially it works for all 5A loads...after a day Mosfets drain voltage jumping...(voltage across drain is 1-3v).....No output voltage at all.....I feel Mosfet is gone bad.......What may be the Problem..Kindly any tell me?
The components are:
vin=12V
Switching frequency is 525Khz
Inductor: SRP1038A-150M(Fixed Inductors 15uH ,Isat is 10A,Irms is 6.5A)
Mosfet:Fixed Inductors 15uH (MOSFET P-Ch 30 Volt 24 Amp)
Resistors and capacitors are according to the design....
