BQ500414Q with A21 PCB coil

Hi Mr,

We have worked some with A21 PCB coils for the bq500414Q . And we got 2 question would like to figure out.

1. When charging start, there are some abnormal noise on the TX board, could we reduce it?

2. When it fully charging a cell phone, the LED show fully charging status, but it turns to charging status again within a few minutes,

is it a normal behavior or it should keep the fully charging status?

i want also try to work with the A21 PCB coil.

can you please share some of your knowledge and from where you got the PCB coil .

do you have desing files of the PCB coil that you please can share?

We do not recommend A21 PCB coil with the BQ500412 and BQ500414Q.
