I was wondering if anybody had measured efficiency data for the TPS54418 over switching frequency?

Generally speaking, efficiency will be lower at higher switching frequencies due to increased switching losses. We do not directly measure eff. vs Fsw as many design parameters change when the switching frequency changes, most notably the inductor and compensation so it would not be a direct comparison with only Fsw being variable.
