I used the TPS25910, shch as the below schematic.
R305 is NC, and ENB has the pull down resistor R307 16.8M.ohm
I found if I used the 16.8M ohm, the ENB Voltage would be around 2.5 to 3V. and the TPS25910 would be disable. (100K neither)
But If I use the 10K ohm to gnd, or let it connected to gnd directly. The function will be normal.
could you help to clarify this issue ?

Hi Mac,
Looking at the datasheet, it looks like the "Device is enabled when the enable pin is pulled low." This seems to be the correct behavior of the device.
To disable you will need a pullup instead of a pulldown resistor.

The TPS25910 ENB has internal 10M pull-up and 16.8M pull-down resistors to reduce current consumption. External pull-up or pull-down resistor values should be in the range of 10k to 49.9k.
