bq40z60 does not stop discharging at 3000mV

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EV2400, BQ40Z60, BQSTUDIO

I have the following hard- and software

- EV2400 (EV2400_Updater_v0018.exe)

- bq40z60EVM (BatteryManagementStudio-1.3.45_Build6-windows-installer.exe)

-4 x Honcell HCP487390, 3.7V, 3900mAh, 14.43Wh

I've loaded bq40z60_v0_15_build_21.srec.

And changed the number of cells from 3 to 4.

Charging goes fine and switches off at bout 4223mV.

Discharging should stop at 3000mV, but that it doesn't do and runs even passed 2500mV.

What did I overlook?

I haven't got a Chemistry ID, I did not yet a calibrate nor a learning cycle, as long I cannot trust discharhing to stop at 3000mV I hesitate to runjh those.

Thanks!

Regards,

Ivo
