My PCB supplier recently switched from a Leaded (max 215 Degrees Celsius) to a Lead Free (max 244 Degrees Celsius) manufacturing process, and starting seeing high failure rates on the LMZ10503TZ-ADJ. Our conclusion is that the Lead Free process temperature is too close to the specified LMZ10503TZ-ADJ reflow limit (245 Degrees Celsius) and is causing damage to the part.
Is there an alternate pin compatible part that I can use, which has a higher reflow temperature limit?
