On the TI web site, it is shown as below
Vout (max) is shown as 120V. What is that depended on?
I do not understand how it is calculated.

Hello Hamamoto-san. 120 is selected as the theoretical maximum output voltage based on 120VAC input. 120VAC input = 169V DC peak. Going any higher in output voltage becomes impractical because you can only actually provide power when Vin >Vout and this leaves very short time that you can actually provide any power. For an 074/075 solution to work well a max output of ~55V is recommended. 120V max for 240V input.
