As per title,
I'm looking for a modern replacement for the MC34063A, which is a buck/boost converter with BJT output.
Features I would be looking for ar:
- Synchronous rectification
- Mosfet output stage
- Lower Vsense threshold (on MC34063 is about 1250mV)
Any advice?
