One more question, so about the Vin in your table means the IN as shown in below figure or the OUT ? For my customer, when the power bank is sleep, the voltage on IN is zero, but the voltage on OUT is 5V, refer to your test results, if the voltage on IN is zero, the sink current on OUT is zero ? Thank you for your great support on this.
Yes, Vin was voltage at the IN pin while voltage at the OUT pin = 5V. I wanted to see at what point the internal OUT discharge circuit wakes up as a function of Vin. In some cases/systems there are multiple power supplies and some can bleed over to the Vin of the TPS2546 and cause Vin to drift up above zero by a small amount. But if your system can keep Vin at zero then there should be no leakage/sink current into OUT with 5V applied.
