May check what impact if we change inductor from 0.47uH to 1uH?
I have check the DS, inductor is use 0.47uH and DS also show we can use 1uH.
but we don't know what impact.

It is simple. Changing the inductor from 0.47uH to 1uH will decrease the inductor ripple by a factor of 2. It may also affect the loop response slightly.

May customer use enclosed file coil, but it always let TL62085 EVB into OCP status, i think it may coil saturation.
and if customer want choice 4.7uH inductor, may you have suggest coil spec and output catacitor?
spec :Power Inductor 4.0*4.0*1.8 4.7uH 0.078Ω 2.10A.

I do not directly support TLV62085, but I often answer general questions. I typically use inductors rated for the maximum output current of the device in fault conditions. TLV62085 uses hiccup mode current limit, so it is not quite as critical as cycle by cycle protection. There is no listed recommended inductor at 4.7uH for TLV62085. 0.47 or 1.0 uH are the bests recommendations.

Sorry for i mistake, the customer is use "1uH tolance +-30% Rdc0.03ohm Isat 4.55A Irms3.4A"
And test condition is Vin 5V, Vout 1.2V. I use Fsw 2.4MHz to calculate ILmax,Ilmax sould be 3.19A.
but when add output load into around 3.2A, then the EVB will into OCP condition.
May you have some suggestion for us?
