We know TPS54335 is Current mode and TPS56528 is D-CAP(ripple) mode,
same control method with competitor, where is benefit for us ?

It does not necessarily have to do with the control mode (current mode vs. DCAP2). Rather it is due to the voltage rating of the internal components, mostly the internal switching FETs. Higher voltage FETs are larger and increases the cost of the IC. So the voltage rating for various families of ICs are selected for the intended market and cost targets.
