Hello team,
Our customer Inspur/Langchao are using LM25061-2 in many server projects, and their end customer Alibaba asked them add once RC in the gate control pin, pls refer to the schematic about the parameters, but we found LM25061 is always failed during the short test, and it looks like the gate driver pin is damaged.
We did many tests, and found this is caused by the RC, and it is ok after removed the RC circuit. We did not find any negative or large peak voltage, so would you like to help us double confirm which causes this failure?
