Hi,

As you konw,the device,TPS25924X,provides multiple protection modes.I want to know what's the difference between overloads and short circuits.

If these occur in applications,can the device auto retry again?

    Hi Jerry,

    Load current exceeding the set current is considered as over load. Shorting the output with low resistance typically in the range of 1mohm to 100mohm is considered as short-circuit. In both the conditions, the device shuts off and auto retries.
