LMG5200 Driver/ FETs

My customer is asking the following questions:

It would help us a lot in reducing the evaluation time knowing the driver part number and FET devices used in the LMG5200.

I told him that I thought that the driver and FETs were designed into the silicon and I did not think that they were any particular part designed into the IC. Is this correct or is this an integrated chip using a particular driver that is also offered separately. Can you go into any detail regarding this question?

    Hi Richard,

    unfortunately we treat the LMG5200 as a single IC and we disclose only the internal block diagrams but do not share process information.

    Let me know there if there are some applications specific questions that I can answer to help your customer with their evaluation.
