BQ24250 OUTPUT BAT PROBLEM

Hello

I use the circuit att.

Input voltage = 5V

VDPM = 1.35V

EN1= "0"

EN2 ="1"

ILM = 0V , ISET = 0V

LDO  = 4.9V

SW = 4.35V and the load is 40mA

At BAT output we received the att. figure

when I connect the power  in LED1 (STAT pin) blinking for a short time. (some times some short blinking)

I have not I2C connection .

Battery is disconnected

in the data sheet is written that the reason is a fault.

what can be the reason for this  fault and the BAT pin output ?

  • Hi,

    Can you remove the SYS load and try again? With gauge connected at BAT, this may falsely make charger think battery is present and try to pull current from it.

    The other way is to disconnect BAT from gauge device and try.

    Best Regards,

    Linhong
