TLV62085 OCP question?

Hi Sir

we have do OCP test in TLV62085 EVB, but when we Vin 3.3V, Vout 1.2V the output current increase to 3.2A, then EVB will OCP.

but when i short power supply and EVB line distance. then out current will reach to 3.6A. or i add C5 capacitor value. then OCP also can reach 3.7A.

 May you have advise  me some suggestion? Due to DS is show the OCP should be around 3.7~4.x A

    Hi Chen,

    high side FET switch current limit varies between 3.7A--4.6A-5.5A(min-typ-max). This is inductor current. It is not output current.

    How did you measure output current?
    Would you please share scope screenshot with inductor current during your test?
