May we check have DDR3 power suit 1.5V @ 5A, Vref – 0.75 @ 500mA, Vtt – 0.75A @ 3A?

My customer use Xilinx, XC6SLX45 and want search DDR3 power 1.5V @ 5A, Vref – 0.75 @ 500mA, Vtt – 0.75A @ 3A, may you have suggestion?

Hi Chen,

for the 1.5V rail I recommend the TPS62480 and for the reference and termination voltage the TPS53317A.
A fully integrated solution with external MOSFETs would be the TPS59116.

For more specific questions on the TPS62480 I am looking forward hearing from you. The TPS53xxx converters come from another BU, which may have better proposals.
