Hi,
I understand GaN is rad hard technology. Is the drive in the LMG5200 GaN? Are you aware of any test data for total dose or SEU on this part? If the part technology is such that it could work in a aerospace application, would we need to do lot testing?

Hi Roger,

the LMG5200 is currently not rad hard qualified and unfortunately no data is available.
