What is your input and output requiremen in your application? The input voltage range? The output voltage and output power?

Thank you for replying me. Input voltage is 12V. Output voltage is 42.1. Power is 19.606W. Switching frequency of the mosfet used in the boost converter is 129.6kHz. Inductors of coupled inductor are 150micro henry and 185micro henry

I recommend you to use TPS61175 with charge pump solution. You can get about 85% conversion efficiency. Please check the below schematic:

And Why you use coupling inductor in your design? Could you share your schematic to me? Because for the Boost converter, a simple inductor is OK.
