＜Question＞
Temperature of M4 (FET) in Webench simulation becomes too high . Ｗhy?
Is it related to the decrease in efficiency ?
Concern Point
・TI PIC's answer is "Simulation result is a mistake".
※Customer ⇒TI PIC direct hearing
・When the VIN voltage and VOUT voltage is near, efficiency is down.
※We checked "snvu440 User's Guide p6 Figure 4. Efficiency vs Input Voltage"
