Can TPS51200 and TPS51206 support DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3 and DDR4?

Just as the subject shows, can TPS51200 and TPS51206 can support all of these DDR-- DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3 and DDR4? If not, which one can handle this. Looking forward to your reply.
