TPS5423x / max duty

Hi Team,

My customer considers to use TPS5423x under following condition.
--------------------------------
Vin=3.6 - 25V
Vout=3.3V
Iout=300mA
--------------------------------

However max duty of TPS5423x is 90%(MIN) so I concern if it is possible to ouput 3.3V under Vin=3.6V.
May I have your comment?
