I made a comparison table of TPS51200 & TPS51206 below：

But I found a problem of pin define in data sheet below：

You can see that the TPS51206 has S5/S3 pin and the TPS51200 with S5/S3, but the comparison table as above shown TPS51200 has S3/S5！

Is it has some typo for the comparison table and they are should be switched each other like below？right？

Both are incorrect. Both TPS51200 and TPS51206 have S3/S5 pins. Neither are DCAP devices (switching regulators). They are both linear regulators.

1. You mentioned that both TPS51200 and TPS51206 have S3/S5 pins but I cannot find TPS51200 have these two pins. Can you please advice which pins are related with S3/S5？

2. You mentioned that both TPS51206 & TPS51200 are linear regulators so they are belongs LDO？right？

3. What's the different between TPS5120X and general regulator？

4. What's the benefit of source/sink current？

It is pretty confusing, no? Actually, TPS51200 only supports S3 via the EN pin. I don't typically support these devices, but as you may know, I spend a lot of time on e2e for general support.

Answer: Yes, both TPS51200 and TPS51206 belongs to LDO.

2. What's the different between TPS5120X and general regulator？

Answer: TPS5120x is mainly for DDR application. These devices can sink current and meet other DDR specifications.

3. What's the benefit of source/sink current？

Answer: In DDR application, there is current coming from DIMM. The regulator need sink current capability to keep the output voltage stable.
