How to configure TTC pin in Bq24170, some application circuit shows that TTC pin connected to PGND and some shows coonected to AGND. How I should connect this....

Connnect it to AGND.

In this attached above schematic, I have connected D4 and D5 with VBR=5V for ESD protection for 1-cell application. Is this voltage selected right?
Above design have ICHG=1A and IDPM=1A.
Setting both at same value, will be a problem?
Please clarify me. As I am going to generate gerber and give it to PCB manufacturer, I need help from people like you.
