below is intel reference design for TPS53353

Please refer to below red mark ,TPS53353 FB pin connect pull up resistor to VREG pin ,is it correct

is the schematic workable ??

What are they trying to do? It seems unnecessarily complicated.

if we don't connect red mark circuit ,just connect back mark circuit
The dynamic voltage change circuit could be used on TPS53353 ??

I would not connect any part of the FB circuit to the VREG5 output. It is not very accurate and could cause your output to be unpredictable. Also the schematic says the output is 0.85 V. I calculate 1.2 V or 1.377 V, depending on the state of Q4.
