BQ studio v1.3.52

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: GPCCHEM, BQSTUDIO, BQ2060A, BQ34Z100-G1

Dear all

I would like to find out if there are some good startup documentations on the BQ studio. I would like to find out how to write my own chemistry for a battery i use ??

If you have an idea on how to specify Battery chemistry?

Thank you

Mohanad

  • Creating your own ChemID is not something that we support. You can use our online GPCCHEM tool to try to find a match to onw of our ChemIDs or you can submit cells to TI for characterization. Most of our EVM User's guides help with using bqStudio. You can reference the User's Guide for the EVM that you are using.
  • My name is Mohanad, i work for MAKSINC in Troy MI. I would like to get your input on an issue that we have in our battery management studio.
Originally we were using the old BQ studio along with the BQ2060A .Now we are trying to use the new BQ studio but we are unable to match all the parameters or where to write them ?
We are trying to use the BQ34z100-G1 which supports NIMH battery pack to interface with BQ studio but so far we haven't figured out how to change the registers.
If you can give us any guidance, it would be great.
