My customer would like to have the followings informations:
I would like to have information about one of your products, which is the UCC28089 component.
This component is for a given op Tj max 150 ° C, but with Tamb and TJOP recommended to 105 ° C.
This seems surprising that Tamb and TJOP is the same. Is it normal ?
The problem I have is this: the room temperature is lower than 105 ° C, but with self-heating of the component, it will probably be closer to 110 ° C.
This component, although ASSETS seems relatively old (the datasheet was in 2006).
Otherwise, would you have an oscillator frequency component with programmable dead time and to offer the following features:
- Vin = 15V nominal (the UCC28089 is advised that up to 14 V. It is therefore lower the voltage).
- Oscillator frequency: 100 to 800 kHz
- Timeout: 100 to 1 s - Temp: [-40: +125 ° C] Tj
- Soft Start
- No need necessarily to FB, the goal is to have the component most simple and compact.
Do you have any alternative solution ?
