I am working with an LM3445M (actual part number LM3445MX/NOPB) in the SOIC-14 package.
I am trying to figure out the data code (date of manufacture).
The inscription on the package is as follows:
N41AL6YG3
LM3445M
Note that the "N" on the top line is actually a script 'N' denoting national Semiconductor, the original manufacturer of this part, before the merger with T.I.
I have a bunch of these parts, all ordered through Mouser Electronics.
Is the date of manufacture contained in the inscription above?
