Gas Gauge tps27510G3 and charger tps24618

Hello,

I have a issue using fuel gauge TPS27510G3 and Charger TPS24618 together, when charger completes and stops charging, SOC of TPS27510 is not 100% yet, e.g. 92%, what should I do to fix this issue, since there is no communication channel between these 2 devices, how can they work together seemlessly?  BTW, I cannot change design to use devices.

    Yunfa,
    you need to set your charge termination parameters correctly. taper current in data flash should be greater than taper current of your charger to ensure the cell is fully charged. Also ensure you are using the right chemid for your battery. Also, ensure that your voltage current and temperature measurements are properly calibrated and the device is measuring those properly.
