BQ34Z100-G1 or BQ27520-G4

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28335, BQ27520-G4, BQ34Z100-G1, BQ34Z100EVM

I want to design a host-side gas gauge. The CPU will be TMS320F28335.

The battery wil connect to gas gauge when discharge, but  disconnect when charge.

The battery pack I used is Tracer 12V 22Ah.

Type                                                                        Lithium Polymer (LiPo)
Capacity                                                                 22Ah +/-5%
Max Continuous Discharge Current                10A
Max Peak Current (for 10mS)                            30A
Nominal Voltage                                                  12V
Discharge Cut-off Voltage                                  8.25V
Charging Voltage                                                12.6V
1.    I have no idea between BQ34Z100-G1 and BQ27520-G4, which one is prefer?
2.    If I choose BQ27520-G4,  I think I shall divide the battery voltage to 3.0~4.3v, and then link into the BAT pin of BQ27520-G4.  Is it OK?
3.    "Since there is a solid correlation between the battery OCV and SOC, the OCV must be measured before the battery charging or discharging starts." It is the           same consideration to BQ34Z100-G1 and BQ27520-G4?
4.    In order to download Golden Image, I have to leave "SCL", and "SDA" pads connecting EV2300 to link PC, Is it right?
5.    Can I calibrate and create Golden Image using EVM however My application is a host-side gas gauge?
6.   It will lose precision if there is no learning-cycle, But how much loss?
