Wireless Power for Safe-deposit box

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ500215, BQ51025

Hi,

My customer is considering to use wireless power for the safe-deposit box.

The safe-deposit box is locked by solenoid, the wireless power is used for solenoid.

Output condition are Vout=24V and Iout=0.5V.

Could you share any solution or a suitable device to me if you have?

Best Regards,

Kuramochi

  • Hi,

The bq51025 (receiver) + bq500215 (transmitter) can deliver 10W.  The highest output voltage is 10V so you would need a boost.

24V at 0.5A is 12W.  Is this a DC power level or does it have limited duration?

Another concern would be the spacing between the RX and the TX.  What is your planned separation?

    Regards,

    Dick
