Dear Sir 

May I know output divider resister R1 and R2 have min or max range ?

Due to LM317 have minimum load current ,I think the resister have the max value

Please kindly help to suggest

    Hey Kai,

         You're right, it is recommended to size the R1 and R2 resistors such that the minimum load current of 10mA is met. The minimum load current needs to be met so that the voltage can be regulated properly. An approximate equation to use is 10mA (min load current)= Vo/(R1+R2).
