How do I enter BQ27531 ROM mode to program *.SENC file?

Write command 0x00 and data 0x0F00 to enter ROM mode:

Byte sequence on I2C: 00 00 0F

EV2300 is used to get data from BQ27531, but I cannot find where write/ read command is able to put.

Please use bqEVSW, I2C Pro and write 000F to I2C Command 00, device address AA, then switch to device address 16 (hex)
