TPS25942A - About offset current of IMON

Hi Kanemaru-san,

Offset current is independent of FET or diode mode. Error due to offset is negligible. In system level design, error can be calibrated in calculations.

At room temperature, it can vary from 0.4uA to 1.2uA.

"I(IMON_OS) is 0.4uA(min), 0.8uA(typ), 1.2uA(max)"

However, “IMON=2uA at Iout=0mA, RIMON=100kohm” was observed.
