TPS65185 Lot Number

I am trying to get more information regarding your request from the team. Please let me know why is the lot number needed? Do you have any failure?

Yes, I have a problem.
The TPS65185 did not output the VEE voltage properly.
I expect -20V output, but -15.8V only is output.
VEE_FB pin voltage is -0.786V.
VEE_DRV pin seems to not properly work.
VEE_IN voltage is -16.12V.

Other output is good.

I made 4pcs PCB boards that installed TPS65185 in first of the year.
4pcs board were properly work.

Recently, I made 2pcs PCB boards again. GERBER, BOM and PCB Vendor are same.
But problem occurred in 2pcs boards. Problem is same.

I checked my schematics and board, but I did not find any strangeness.
So I want to know whether this problem are related with the lot number.

Personally, i don't think this is an issue with process. The chances of 2 parts having quality issues out of 6 is extremely rare. I would double check the board for manufacturing defects before we proceed this route.

Thank you for your reply.
I had to shipping out the custom board in the end of last month, so I was replaced to new TPS65185 and checked behavior.
After replaced, our custom board worked fine.
I thought it might destroyed at reflow.

I wanted to know how to check lot number at minimum, but I need no more answer, because I was replaced the chip to clear a problem and I was dispose of chip that has problem.
