Dear,

I'd like to use TPS65400 with DCDC1 as 12V > 5V buck and DCDC2,3,4 as 5V > 1.0V, 3.3V, 1.8V.

In the datasheet, paragraph 8.3.2, there is stated that "in some applications, the power rails may be tied to different input voltages" with respect to pin 22-VIN.

Could you confirm that supply pin PVIN1 is independent from pin PVIN2? If this is not the case, could be at least pins PVIN3,4 powered from output of DCDC1 or DCDC2?
