TPS3808 Cold Temp Reset Line Issue

Is there a condition where the TPS3808G01 would continue to be held in reset even if the MR and Sense lines are high, 0.6V (Sense) and 3.1(MR) via internal 90Kohm resistor? I am seeing this anomaly occur at cold temp (-30C). The reset does eventually de-assert after about 30 seconds.

    HI Daniel,

    We characterize this IC down to -40C and the logic thresholds min max are guaranteed values. My guess would be maybe there is some contamination on the board which may be causing some leakage at these lower temperatures. Please note, when we test at -40C, we typically use a nitrogen purge to avoid dust and condensation from creating false failures.

    I hope this helps point towards the root cause of the issue you are seeing.
