PMP7760 POWERSUPPLY TRANSFORMER DESIGN

Hi,

I want to build a powersupply that takes 600V DC as input and 12V DC( 1A min ) as output.

pmp7760 design is okey for me. But i couldn't find the transformer( G094215LF from gci technologies) they are mentioning.

I have tried GCI website also but it is not there. So please say what are the specifications for the transformer.

Is there way to adjust the output voltage?. How they converted a 6V to 60V input IC into 800v input?

Hi Anoop, I have tried to contact the engineer who designed the board for the details. If/when I hear back from him I will let you know. In the interim I suggest you contact GCI technologies to ask them for the details of the transformer or to ask them to provide samples modified for your requirements.

I also want to change the secondary side. I want to add 3 more windings . My requirement is

1. 20V 1A

2. 20V 1A

3. 20V 1A

4. 15V 1A

is it possible with design?

What modifications i have to make?

It is possible to add extra windings for extra outputs as part of redesigning the transformer for your requirements. GCI should be able to help you with this.
