Need recommendation for charging 20s NiMH

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ2004, BQ2002

Battery Management Team,

I'm helping a customer who is looking to design a simple DC/DC NiMH battery charger circuit.  The problem is, the battery is a single enclosed pack of 20 cells in series.  It’s 24V nominal, 300 mAhr.  Do we have any ICs that can work at that range?  The charge algorithm cannot be a low rate trickle charge – ideally in 3-4 hours it could charge one up. Linear is preferable but switchers can work too.

I found this post from several years ago but wanted to see if there are any more recent developments.

Thanks!
