Hi Sir,

Currently see Silergy SY8204 spec as below,

I think two device can replace it, but if you best solution please advise me, thanks.

TPS54531 >> none-sync, efficiency not good

LM25117 >> too expensive and more external component, efficiency is good

What is your specific requirement? Vin range, Vout and I out. This looks like a slightly higher input voltage version of TPS54427 or TPS54339E

Hi Sir,

Sorry, update Vin 24 / Vout 12, Iout 4A
TPS54227, input can't meet spec
TPS54339/E, output current can't meet spec

TPS54531 seems to be the lowest BOM cost option with 94% efficiency. Webench shows several other options as well.

Please promote TPS54531 to compete with Silergy, we have new 28V,2A, 3A parts, TPS56302, tps54202, but don't have 4A part.
