1. Yes, TPS61087 change the frequency by temperature. From page 8 on the datasheet, it wrote"the frequency changes slightly because the voltage drop across the rDS(on) has some influence on the current and voltage measurement and thus on the on-time (the off-time remains constant)."
2. We have no Graph. Please check the data in the attached picture. These data also shown on page 4 of the datasheet.
Could you please share the detailed applicaiton infoeation with us? like Vin, Vo/Io and in what kind of equipment?

TPS61087 is just for this appllication. I think frequency is not an issue. Why they care about the operation frequency?
I'll test one plot for the customer on the EVM board based on these parameter. The plot will be ready today!
