I've been following the SLUA700 guide to design a +/- 3.3V supply using the UCC28722. In my case would I design for Vout = 3.3V or for Vout = 6.6V?

Hello HPB,

This depends on how you are configuring your fly back converter.

It your +/- 3.3V outputs if you are using two separate secondary windings with separate rectifier diodes you would use 3.3V.

If you are attempting use one rectifier diode and center a tap secondary you would used 6.6V

Are these outputs going to be equally loaded? It is better for cross regulation if they are.

Thanks Mike. The individual outputs are not going to be equally loaded. The negative rail is exclusively for an Opamp while the positive supply will power the Opamp and an MCU.
