BQ27425 Current Consumption when BIN is High

We are currently designing a new battery powered device which will incorporate the BQ27425.

The only source power is the battery, which can be removed.

When the unit is off, the device needs to draw as little power as possible.

If I manually flip the BIN Pin from Low to High when the device is switched OFF, what is the state of the BQ27425? Will it enter a low power mode? What is the estimated current draw?

Conversely, if I manually flip the BIN Pin from High to Low when the device is switched ON, will the BQ27425 enter a normal mode? Will it need to be reconfigured?

Thanks for your help.
