bq40z60 gives up too soon, charging and also discharging.

Attached is v13.srec.

I use 4 cells, 3900mAh, 3,7V, 14,43Wh.

Absolute minimum 3000mV and absolute maximum 4200mV.

The 4-cell pack does charge and discharge, although both give up too soon.

End of charge the cells have around 3800mV and discharge gives up with 8% on the dial.

Learning Cycle never ends normally.

What am I doing wrong?
