Nothing integrated, but a TPS40056 controller with external MOSFETs and an external divider will be able to support this application.
Be careful when testing the sinking function of a DDR VTT rail application. Most lab supplies do not have the ability to sink current at their outputs, and a synchronous BUCK regulator in SINK mode will boost energy from its output back to the input with fairly high efficiency. It may be nessecary to place a small dummy load on the input to sink boosted output current when testing the sink function. Failure to do this can result in over-voltage on the input and damage MOSFETs or controller.
