TPS62110 (TPS62110-EP) Minimum Duty Cycle and WeBench Error

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62110, TPS62110-EP, TPS54310-EP, TPS54312-EP

I have a customer who wants to use the TPS62110-EP in his -55C application. He wants to generate 1.2Vout at 1.0A from a 3.3V+/-5% Vin. I do not see any reason not to use this part in the application. Given the input  and output specs this would lead to about 36% duty cycle, well with in the limits of the device. The problem comes about because we used WeBench to generate a list of options for the above criteria BUT the TPS62110 or the TPS62110-EP do not come up in the suggested list. Furthermore when asked why other parts were not selected we get the response below. I understand why generating 1.2 volts from a 17Vin could be a min duty cycle problem but we are clearly not doing this. Also, I explained to the customer that it does not look like the TPS62110 and TPS62110-EP are WeBench enabled. We are looking for a couple of confirmations from TI:

1) Can we used the TPS62110-EP as described?

2) Are we correct that the TPS62110* is not Webench enabled?

We are aware of the spice model but were looking for a quick confirmation of the design (via WeBench) before investing time in the Spice Simulation.

Thank you.
