Need help sourcing right part for boost converter.

Hi,

I need help choosing the right component for a pcb design. I need a through hole boost converter DC/DC. My input voltage is 3.6~3.7 from a LiPo battery @ <2000mAh. I need it to output a constant stable 5 volt @ up to 1A (very breif  1A, idle draw is <400mAh). 

Any help with part and layout for this circuit would greatly be appreciated. Also, power source can be different but I need >75% eff.....
